Introduction
The equipment is mainly composed of heating station,forming station,heat sealing station,feeding station,blanking station and electrical control cabinet.PVC(ALU/ALU)belt is formed by compressed air blow molding(ALU/Alu is cold pressing)at the forming station through the heating station and the forming mould.The PVC(ALU/ALU)belt is pulled by the feeding station and the drug particles are distributed in the"manual blanking station".The aluminum foil belt is hot pressed on the PVC(ALU/ALU)belt through the heat sealing station,the drug particles are sealed in the formed PVC(ALU/ALU)belt,and cut into the required plates at the blanking station.
